Returning the items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos of the issue as evidence.

Compensation for Lost Packages Due to Courier Delivery Errors

In the event that a package is lost due to a delivery error by the courier, we will provide a refund compensation equivalent to 50% of the total payment amount, with a maximum cap of $50.

Once we are notified of the lost package and verify that it is indeed due to the courier's mistake, we will initiate the compensation process. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that you need to report the lost package to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide us with relevant details such as the order number, shipping tracking information, and any communication with the courier regarding the issue. This will help us expedite the compensation process.
