Q1: How do I order?

A: All of my items are priced by certain "points", you can order points in the link then come back to my livestream and claim your ideal items.

Q2: What if i don't have time to join your livestream?

A: If you cannot join my livestream but really want some journal supplies, you can leave message "surprise me" when you place the order. I will mail the items of the points you ordered to you.

Items in my shop sold out fast. If you really like anything specifically, please join my livestream! Every first orders will have a set of free tools for journal.

Refund policy

    If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos of the issue as evidence.
